📅 Booking and payment The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or partial depending on the selected terms). Payments are securely processed through the booking platform.

❌ Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. After this period, all or part of the stay may be charged. In case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay is due.

🕒 Check-in and check-out  :

• Check in : from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: before 10:00 AM

These times ensure the accommodation is properly cleaned and ready to welcome you.

👥 Occupancy The accommodation must only be occupied by the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Any undeclared additional guests may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

🏡 Use of the property The accommodation is intended for peaceful use. Parties, events, and noise disturbances are not allowed. Guests agree to respect the property and its equipment.

💳 Security deposit A security deposit of €600 is required. It will be refunded after the stay, subject to the absence of any damage.

⚠️ Liability The guest is responsible for any damage occurring during their stay. In the event of damage, additional charges may be applied.

🔐 Personal data The information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing the stay and is never sold to third parties.
